Boards will be here Monday. Parts for stuffing are on hand. Will build harnesses and stuff boards. Will do end-of-wire to PICO board continuity chex. There will be two assemblies. One using the ribbon cable socket Chris favors (I used ribbon cable one time on a LearJet program . . . turned out to be #1 field failure risk . . . never again). I don't stock any ribbon cable connectors so you're kinda on your own with the first board. Second board uses a Molex wire/board system I've used on numerous programs. I stock the parts for it. There will be a 15-pin harness with 24" flying leads for Ron as well. I'll include some extra harness parts along with matching crimp tools in case you need to modify the supplied harness(es) or build new ones. Chris, can your 3D cad program suck in .DXF files? The envelope drawing has a D15 connector cutout definition that I didn't dimension assuming you could capture the .DXF details for your enclosure. The attached .dxf file is an excerpt from a drawing I did for a CNC panel fabrication. Bob . . .
